Bournville Youth Section AGM.
We are going from strength to strength at our new home and we soon will be able to use the bar will that will make us even more of a club. I hope all the other groups are enjoying this season as much as our group.
To keep things improving and everyone enjoying their rugby to the max we do need volunteers for administrative roles within the club and it is that time for us to appoint the committee and managing roles for the this year.
We would like as many people's views and support for these roles as the club is hear for all the players and parents. To keep the momentum we do need parents and friends of the club to volunteer for committee members and supporting jobs. Some of the roles do require time other less so but no one role should be a burden and many of the existing committee and friends of the club will help new volunteers. We intend to have a general club meeting to elect new members on Tuesday 1st November at 7.00 New Inn - 74 Vivian Rd, Harborne, Birmingham, West Midlands, B17 0DJ.
All roles will be up for nominations and if there is more than one nomination we will have a show of hands for election and for those people thinking of not attending (you know who you are) you may be elected to roles in your absence so please attend as we do need as much support for the future. In particular we are looking for nominations for posts of Chairman and Fixtures Secretary being of particular importance but I stress if anyone is interested in any role please do not be shy as there is plenty to do and we will all help anyone in new post.
