COLVIN POWERS BOURNVILLE TO VICTORY

A brace of tries in the first half from powerhouse centre Carl Colvin steers Bournville home. His fine individual display was highlighted by a storming second try, 35 yards out from goal and his route blocked off, he left three opponents lying helpless following a series of hand offs to touch down in the corner and leave the travelling support in raptures.....full match report to follow.

BOURNVILLE WIN TO CONSOLIDATE LEAGUE POSITION

Bournville came away from their longest away journey of the season with a 50-point victory to consolidate their second-placed position in Midlands West One. Rob Sigley was able to recall Carl Colvin to the starting line-up, replacing Iestyn Pratt on the wing. Pratt was joined on the bench by fellow Welshman Dai Hallmen who was returning to action after a period of unavailability.
